Frolic in the Sun- Blue Fern Studios Sketch challenge

Here is the layout I created for April's Blue Fern Studios sketch challenge.
I used the Serendipity collection Fascination paper for this beach themed picture of my daughter.

Here is the sketch if you want to play along:

I love taking pictures of my kids running on a beach. I love it when they're carefree and having fun, free of worries and loving the moment. That's exactly what my daughter was doing when she was running back and forth on the shore.

The pattern in the background was created with the DecoArt swirl stencil and Prima's Chalkboard paint Egg Blue. I then added texture with the Blue Fern Studios Journey stamp.

I framed the photo with the Blue Fern Studios Circle Vine which was embossed in Blue Fern Studios Blue sky embossing powder. Then used the Frolic in the Sun title which was painted in white gesso.

Keren this is so pretty. Gorgeous colors, fabulous embellishment. I just LOVE the flower at right side of the lovely image. The colors of the flower turquise, green, yellow look awessome.
Thank you for sharing this lovely piece of art for inspiration.
